Infrastructure


NVC is equipped with technologically advanced equipments. State of the art production facility has enabled the company to have the Industrial leaders as its customers .The company is managed by a team of experienced technocrafts with an installed capacity of 2400 metric tons annually.

Design and Development



NVC uses latest solidification Simulation Software assisted by a 3D modeling in new product development to predict and prevent problems before pouring.

A Team of design engineers and methoding experts trained in handling the latest software and equipments enable the company develop new products in a short time.

Melting & Moulding

Melting facility complies of 1Ton & 1.5 Tons crucibles , Medium frequency Induction Melting Furnace ,Which can be operated with 600 KW Power.

Bottom Pouring and Tea spout ladles of different capacity are used for smooth pouring of metals .

CO2 process is adopted for mould making and core making is done with either CO2 or No bake process depending on the criticality.

Fettling



Fully Equipped in house fettling with double bogie Electrically operated Heat Treatment Furnace of 6 Tons Capacity, Quenching Tank of 60000 litres and the Quenching done in a short transfer time of less than 50 seconds, a Shot blasting machine etc. enables the company to offer a short delivery time.

HANDLING FACILITIES


Main bay is equipped with 2 Nos of 5 Tons over head cranes for handling moulds, castings etc. for safe and smooth Movement.

Another Overhead Crane of 3 Tons capacity is exclusively used in fettling area.

A Jib crane of 1 Ton capacity is available for sand loading to muller.

POWER BACKUP



2 DG Sets of 180KVA and 125 KVA are available to backup power failure situation.

180 KVA is used to back up the Heat Treatment Furnace for hassle free completion of cycle.

125 KVA is used for other operations except melting Furnace.
